Shipping Time:

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of receipt. Please note that working hours exclude Sundays and public holidays. Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as preparation delays or logistical challenges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

Important Information:

Mahima Naturals shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the logistics partner responsible for delivering the purchased items. Delivery dates may vary depending on the carrier’s shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered. Shipments may be delivered separately.

Please verify your phone number and address before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery process. If there are errors in the contact details or if you fail to respond to the delivery partner’s calls, the package may be returned. In such instances, refunds are not possible; however, we will resend your package if you contact us within seven days, subject to additional courier charges.

In rare cases where the delivery partner cannot access the specified location due to it being non-serviceable or outside their network, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Time Estimation:

1. Tamil Nadu: Orders within Tamil Nadu will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days after shipment.
2. South India States: Orders within Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Telangana will be delivered within 3 to 10 working days after shipment.
3. Other Indian States: Orders from other states will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days after shipment.

Shipping Charges:

Throughout India shipping free.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification containing tracking details. You may track your order via the courier service provider’s website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that we currently do not ship outside India.

While we endeavour to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or logistical issues. In such cases, we will keep you informed and strive to resolve the matter promptly.
