  • You may request a return or refund within 3 days from the date you receive your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
  • Perishable items, including food products, cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to avoid loss during transit as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the refund approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect on your bank or credit card statement depending on your financial institution.

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
