- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
- Perishable items, including food products, cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to avoid loss during transit as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect on your bank or credit card statement depending on your financial institution.
- Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- To exchange a product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our Customer Support.
- Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible; please follow our return process instead.
